Nick Mari, CMCA®, EBP

As Community Association Banking Team Leader at South Shore Bank, Nick leads the Bank's efforts to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to condominium and homeowner associations across New England. He provides leadership and strategic direction for the Community Association Banking team while working closely with property managers, boards, engineers, and other industry partners to navigate complex capital projects and support the financial needs of communities throughout the region. 

Nick brings a deep understanding of community association finance, governance, and capital planning, with experience spanning capital financing, treasury management, reserve and budget analysis, and strategic financial planning. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and a Certified Educated Business Partner (EBP) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI), reflecting his commitment to industry best practices and continuing education. He also serves as a board member of the CAI New England Chapter’s Emerging Leaders Network Committee.

Nick resides in Weymouth with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Luna. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and bowling.
