Automatic Payments from your South Shore Bank Account

When your payment is coming from your South Shore Bank Checking or Savings Account, we can set up an automatic transfer to make the payment on the date that you choose. To sign up, please contact the Client Information Center at 781.682.3715 Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Automatic Payment Service (ACH)

Sign up for our Automatic Payment Service from your Checking or Savings Account at a different institution. This option offers you the added convenience of choosing your payment date. To sign up, please contact the Client Information Center at 781.682.3715 Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM. 

One Time Single-Entry ACH Debit

Simply place a call to our Client Information Center at 781.682.3715 Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM to schedule your one-time electronic transfer to make your mortgage payment from any account you choose.

Bill Pay

Conveniently schedule either one-time payments or recurring payments directly from online banking. All you need is a checking account to enroll.

Mail

Mail your mortgage payment with the coupon directly to our Mortgage Servicing Center: South Shore Bank, Loan Service Center, P.O. Box 151, Weymouth MA 02188-0151. Make your check payable to South Shore Bank.

Schedule a Payment

To schedule a payment from a different institution, log into Online Banking, select the Move Money menu to access External Loan Payments.

  • Select "click here" to start the process of adding an external account.
  • Select the Account Type as Checking or Savings. 
  • Enter your Bank or Credit Union's Routing Number
  • Enter and confirm your Account Number.

Click "Continue" to submit your account information. Validation of the information will occur within two business days from the current day. To validate an account, two small deposits less than $1.00 each will be made to the funding account within two business days. Once you see the deposits in the funding account, return to External Loan Payments to validate the funding account by pressing on "Manage External Accounts". When validation is complete, you may schedule an external loan payment.
