Jeff Charnel serves as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at South Shore Bank. His experience spans commercial banking, community financing, business development, and relationship management, with a focus on helping clients navigate opportunities and build sustainable enterprises.
Jeff represents Brockton residents as a City Councilor At-Large and has a longstanding commitment to civic and community service. He has served in city and regional planning roles and on the boards of NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and the Old Colony YMCA, and as a trustee of New Heights Charter School. He is also a member of the Brockton Rotary Club and the NAACP. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Newbury College.
