Program Timeline & Size:
Leadership South Shore runs from October through May, with a September graduation date. Participants attend a program day once monthly during fall/spring, with dates provided at the start of the program year. As attendance is a key pillar to program success, participants are required to attend all program days. Applicants are asked to submit an Employer Commitment Form to assure mutual understanding and support of anticipated participation requirements.
Prior to Covid-19, each year's cohort could accommodate up to 24 participants. Given the state’s dynamic occupancy guidelines, we have decided to limit the 2021-22 class to 12 participants to allow more flexibility for hybrid and in-person activity. Leadership South Shore will continue to closely monitor CDC guidelines while evaluating whether in-person sessions can safely proceed during the 2021-22 program year.
